Just a few updates for the progress (or lack of) for my fitness. I have been to the gym once this week. I did 15 minutes of brisk walking and 5 minutes of jogging. I also did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine. I was more than surprised that I was not out of breath while jogging. I did however catch a cramp, no bueno. I really plan on getting to the gym more this month. My goal is to go at least three times a week, ideally four. I need to incorporate fitness in my everyday routine to make it as vital as the air I breathe - after all my life depends on it. I always feel good after working out and got dressed in my new threads.
My latest favorite outfit was inspired through the bargain shopping I did this past weekend. Very cute, comfortable and fresh look to relax, dance or chill in.
