As if eating better and becoming active on a consistent bases isn’t hard enough add the temptation of overindulging your favorite holiday food in the mix. With Thanksgiving and Christmas being around the corner loosing weight and getting fit becomes even more difficult than it already is. The holidays are one of the most joyous times of year but is closely followed by the most dreaded time of year after. You know, the time between New Years through Valentines Day when it’s cool to put on cute gear, drink green smoothies and actually go to the gym.
Let’s revolt! This time around I will defeat the beast! Meal prepping, planning workouts, and all natural supplements are my weapons of choice and I’m pulling out the big guns with a group of like-minded women who will be all working towards the same goal. Throw a few prizes and a grand prize in there and this food frenzy season doesn’t sound so scary after all. Let’s not wait until the new year after we’ve done the damage. Let’s create the habits now.
