    Great job!! I just joined the gym today and tho I won't be juicing I definitely will be making better choices when I eat and commiting myself to work out more.

    Yes!! Good for you!! I'm slowly but surely on my way… it's time to be healthy that's for sure! I like your ideas; i think i could do strictly juice for a week out of the month.

    i tried juicing for 1 day but the clean up part was a DISASTER so i started doing the smoothies with the same stuff just adding almond milk and ice!!! i would do that for breakfast and the month of June i lost 17lbs, i was also walking 4 miles a day 4 days a week! im going to start up again with a different routine however! i wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey

    Congrats on the weight loss and just getting motivated in general! I definitely want to slim down too…realizing it took time to put it on so its going to take time to get it off. But you know us women…we want it off now! LOL. Keep it up hunn 🙂
