Suspender tights have been on the radar in the fashion world after celebrities like Rihanna and Jessie J wore them so well. Many ladies find it hard to pull the look off and ignore the trend altogether. It is especially difficult for plus size woman because of the lack of plus size fashion tights available in the market. My name was all over this trend so I found some tights from Topshop. I went for a sultry, relaxed look with a graphic tee and cut off shorts. I bought my tights from Topshop in a M/L which were too small, and I was unable to pull them over my hips. As a true DIY(er), I cut the tip off the toes and wore my tights as leggings! Where there’s a will, there’s a way! This look will surely turn heads and in the future, I will try my suspender tights with a mini dress or maybe a skater leatherette skirt.
